Bilin Žal Beach

Bilin Žal Beach

Bilin Žal is another sandy beach in Lumbarda. It is located on the opposite side of Pržina beach, and just a few minutes’ walk through the Grk vineyards. Bilin Žal has a view towards the north-east, the Pelješac peninsula and the islets of the Korčula archipelago. On the beach, in a mediaeval building, there is an excellent tavern. Along Bilin Žal beach there extends a wall which provides excellent shade in the afternoons. You can hire sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. A few metres from the beach there is an outlet which serves drinks and food. If you head towards the east from Bilin Žal, you will find small pebbly beaches and flat rocky parts, a paradise for nudists.
